Worship is a major part of why we exist here at Mint Hill Presbyterian Church. We appreciate John Piper’s statement: “Missions exist because worship does not.” We take the worship of our God seriously. When we gather to worship we come to worship the Trinity (God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit) and we worship Him according to His commands revealed to us in His Word, not according to our own wishes. When we worship we strive to worship in spirit and truth, with excellence and quality.
We worship through the reading of scripture, the preaching of His Word, the prayers of His people, through the sacraments (the Lord’s Super and Baptism) and through song.
We have two primary ways that you can be involved in worship through song. We have a wonderful choir that will welcome you with open arms and we have a praise team that helps lead our blended service using both traditional hymns and modern christian music. The praise team meets from 6:30-7:15 on Thursdays and the choir rehearses Thursdays from 7:15-8:15. Please join us in worship!
